1. Can non-Indigenous folks wear clothing from Empire First Nation (EFN)?

  • Absolutely! We believe in cultural appreciation rather than appropriation. We welcome and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to support our brand and wear our designs with pride. Allies who stand in solidarity with Indigenous communities are not only welcome but encouraged to be a part of our mission for positive change and understanding. Together, we can celebrate diversity and promote meaningful conversations about Indigenous cultures and heritage.

    2. What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and even the e-transfer (for Canadian folks). At checkout, you can select your preferred payment option.

    3. How long does shipping take?

    • Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Please refer to our email confirmation for estimated delivery times.
    • While we hope your order gets to you ASAP, unfortunately, sometimes there are delays outside of our control. 

    4. Can I track my order?

    • Yes, you can track your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

    5. What is your return policy?

    • We accept returns on items in unworn and original condition. Please review Section 3 of our Customer Service Policy for detailed information on our return process, including eligibility and how to initiate a return.

    6. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed. And how can I contact your customer support team?
