3. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Empire First Nation. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns on items that are in unworn and original condition. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product, please send us an email if you encounter any concerns with your order as soon as you can. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items (please provide proof of shipment being returned, ie, email us a photo of the item returned with tracking. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we'll receive your item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
